So here we are. The first blog post. I’ve been putting this off because launching a business feels like a big deal, and writing about it makes it feel even more real — but that’s exactly why I’m doing it.
My name is Richard, and I’m the founder of Vuu Me. If you’re reading this, you’re probably a landlord, a property owner, or an estate agent with properties that need looking after. And that’s exactly who I built this for.
What Is Vuu Me?
Vuu Me is a property services company. We handle the tasks that property owners and agents either don’t have time for, can’t do remotely, or just don’t want to deal with.
Right now, that means four core services:
Property Viewings — You don’t need to be in Hull to show your property. We handle accompanied viewings on your behalf, professionally and reliably, so potential tenants get a proper experience and you don’t have to drive across the country.
Property Inspection Checks — Routine inspections, check-ins, and check-outs, all documented properly. Whether you need a mid-tenancy inspection or a thorough move-out report, we do it thoroughly and get it back to you quickly.
Property Photography — First impressions matter. If your listing photos look like they were taken on a 2012 Nokia, you’re losing applicants before they’ve even read the description. We shoot properties to show them at their best.
Key Safe Installation — A simple service, but one that saves a lot of headaches. We install key safes so access can be managed flexibly and securely, whether for contractors, viewings, or new tenants.
And we’re not stopping there. The service list is growing — watch this space.
Why We Started in Hull
Every city has landlords who own properties there but don’t live there — and Hull is no different.
A lot of landlords own properties here but don’t live here — they’re in London, Leeds, Manchester — and that distance creates real problems when something needs handling on the ground.
That’s the gap Vuu Me exists to fill. We started in Hull, but the problem we’re solving exists everywhere — property owners across the UK need someone reliable on the ground.

What’s the Plan?
We’re early days. Right now we’re focused on Hull — building a reputation here, earning trust, and proving the model works. But this was always meant to be bigger than one city.
The plan is to expand to towns and cities across the UK, bringing the same reliable, on-the-ground service to property owners wherever they need us. The goal is simple: become the most reliable property services company in the UK.
